Q1 2008 - Project Management for expanding SME

Camtion Ltd. provided interim project management for co-location and expansion of Stem Cell Sciences Ltd. at Babraham. This included sourcing lab equipment and furniture to suit the clients needs (some items were obtained at very low cost from another Camtion Ltd. client who are closing a site).

We partnered with HRH Logistics for collection of items from the Edinburgh site. Overall budget for the project was reduced from original estimate of £97k to final value of £63k.

Q1 - Q2 2008 – Bluechip Site Closure Management

Camtion Ltd. are providing overall co-ordination service for final closure activity at a former research site. Assets with original value of around £50M have been removed and redistributed to other sites. This work has covered many different aspects including Health and Safety, Waste management (incl WEEE) and a good deal of hands-on assistance.

Q3 2008 – Accredited team coaching at Source 2 Sea 2008

Alan will be providing accredited team coaching on the Source 2 Sea events this year - Dartmoor event 17th – 19th July and mid-Wales 25th-27th September. A few places for teams of 6 were still available at time of writing (see www.source2sea.com).
