Camtion Project Management Skills Course (3 Days)

This is a 3 day workshop based on the following core elements:

Day 1 - Overview - What is project management? The Project Lifecycle. Tools and Techniques –Gantt, Critical Path, MS Project.

Day 2 - Management skills – Delegation, Review, PAR – Plan Action Review process. Business aspects – Cost, Quality, Time.

Day 3 - Personal skills – Responsibility, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Management. Leadership skills – Team building, Team profiling, Influencing Styles.

The course is tailored to match your company’s approach to projects. If all attendees are experienced line managers, the course can be reduced to 2 days by omitting parts of day 2 and 3. Indicative price £1,950 per course.
